Professional fish oil manufacturer

The company has introduced and installed more than 10 production lines in four categories, namely synthesis, multi-stage molecular distillation, winterization and refining, and imported soft capsules. There are over 150 sets of production and supporting equipment. The entire production and processing process is carried out in a closed environment. The production capacity has been upgraded and iterated, with an annual output of over 3,000 tons of refined fish oil and 1.2 billion fish oil soft capsules.

The company covers an area of 50,000 square meters, of which the production workshops and supporting facilities cover an area of 19,700 square meters. We have a total of production workshops, including the synthesis workshop, molecular distillation workshop, winterization and refining workshop, and soft capsule production workshop. The supporting workshops include warehouses, boiler rooms, etc. We have established a research, development and inspection laboratory equipped with a number of advanced devices such as gas chromatographs, liquid chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and spectrophotometers.
